A hover that swaps label and icon with a snap-in arrow.

On a file-sharing tool, the download button was always visible but it looked identical in rest and hover states. Users weren't sure if they'd clicked it. I wanted hover to feel like the button is transforming into an action — the label slides out and the arrow snaps in, and the width animates to hug the icon. It reads as one shape changing purpose rather than two things swapping. The key detail: the width springs to the new content instead of staying fixed, so it breathes.
