Documentation sites usually switch frameworks with a dropdown — select React, the whole page re-renders. I wanted the switch itself to be the content. When you pick a framework, the icon, name, and tagline roll vertically in one column, all on the same spring. Three rows move together so the change reads as a single gesture rather than three independent swaps. The vertical roll means new content enters from below and old content exits upward, which matches the mental model of scrolling through a list.
